Fixed my Paypal tax issue

The tax was calculating correctly in my cart but when I went to checkout through Paypal, it would multiply the tax amount by the quantity of items I had in the cart. Paypal suggested I change tax_1 to tax_cart. It worked. Tax is calculated correctly now. This may be a solution that's already been posted, but I couldn't find this through search on this site so I thought I'd just post it.
