One thing is messed up?

Everything seems to be working fine, the whole checkout process can be completed will all the values showing. The problem is once the order is emailed to me. The summary is blank, and the order appears as below:

Does anyone have any suggestions for fixing this problem?

I have a similar problem. The difference is that I do not even get that total value and shipping things. In case of success please let me know.
