HELP!!! :-( Check out problem!?

Ok I admit ... I am a virgin at this but I've tried everything and I can't get this to work. OK .. What happens is you get as far as the checkout page hit submit and you get -- page does not exist ?!?!?!?!? I'm PRETTY sure it's the form action path on the checkout page. I do have cgi access with my host service but here's what I think is funny. (Tell me if I'm insane or not). When I ftp in to upload my pages they are located in the www folder then htdocs folder ... but the cgi bin is in the www folder only .. so it's in a different world then my pages.. (Make sense?) SO when i put the form action as www/cgi-bin/checkout.pl .. it puts a http://www.eggarden.com/ducktape in front of it which automatically is in the htdocs folder (following along?) Duh!? page does not exist! My host service cannot answer this question. What do I put my form action path as to access something basically outside of my site??????? Please help!! I take criticism well.... tell me i'm nuts its okay ... just help me fix this!! The site is http://www.eggarden.com/ducktape then to the order form etc... THANKS!

Yea -- took me forever but I got it working! THANKS!! That is a great idea! I appreciate the input. This is my first try and any advice helps!!
