I used NOPCART to start with and added some features to make it work for what we needed. This is a real live website so don't place a order unless you plan on buying. I will share any code, just ask.

After I select the state on the first page, it does bring me to the products page when I use Internet Explorer, but not with Mozilla/FireFox.

Thanks for finding my problem, Its just Firefox not compatible with window.navigate. I will fix it soon, thanks.
