I have tried everything - no products on confirmation emails

I am sorry if you have heard this a thousand times already...!

Everything else works fine on the script, except for when the confirmation order emails arrive. They come with everything else, address etc. But the products, price, subtotal etc. do not appear. I have looked all over this forum, and tried all of the suggestions, and it still does not work!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I too am suffering from this bothersome issue, only my e-mail confirmations DO have the product prices, just not the Product Names themselves.

Everything else passes to the e-mail just fine.

Any ideas?

Anyone got a solution on this yet? I'm also having the same problem with my site and I really hope someone would be kind enough to help. I'm very grateful to the creators of nopcart but I would like to have some advice when needed. I tried with the checkout.pl but I got only Internal Server Error. On the other hand, checkout.php works fine except for the emails and CSV file which are lacking the product info. The variables are passing trough according to formprocessor.php.
