When some fields blank error ;/

Hello everybody!
My problem is very strange. When I add sample items to my cart and fill all fields in checkout and click send, every thing is okej then appears msg that I bought something and email are send. But when I left some fields blank and click send, I see my error msg that I forgot to fill some fields and two errors like that:

Failed opening is the key to this error.

Make sure your header.html and footer.html in the cgi-bin have the permissions 755, so your error handling can execute them.

I checked and both have a CHMOD set to 755, it must be something else wrong...
