Hihi,

The layout of your site is quite unique, although rather confusing for those who are not so tech-savvy...

Your product pages are have too many words that are rather messy....

I can't checkout any test items as well...you may want to take a look...

Hope I'm not too critical :)

I am using IE6 at 1280x1024 resolution. I went to the soaps page and alot of the text is overlapping images and other text. Very difficult to read. Still needs much work

I managed to add some stuff to my cart among this jungle of invisible links, placed an order, but was never asked to pay ? This is not like this that e-commerce works. YOU MUST ASK FOR MONEY RIGHT AWAY, not after in a recontact email. What are you gonna send ? A paypal payment request ? Not very professional...

Re: crimsondrac = Positive Feedback!

Thank you so much for pointing this out to me. This is the kind of helpful, constructive and positive feedback i truly appreciate!! Thanks to you, i was able to temporarily "fixed" the setback by installing a browser screen resolution checker (you can check it out here: http://www.beautydeli.com/browser2.htm) The culprit were the layers used in the page, causing it to look distorted when viewed/"squeezed" at a much higher resolution. Yup you are right.."still needs much work, till the wee ..wee hours! :) working behind the scene turning layers into tables...creating an "invisible" shop! ain't it magical :? ? kidding aside, a big Thank you.

An "EYE-OPENER" Feedback

Postby ktdormal » Mon May 16, 2005 6:01 am

LOL!!! How true !! how true!! YOU are Right on the DOT! I know...am still working at it as we text..that is, accepting credit cards and the what nots...heavens! I guess am taking the "baby steps" route.

I went to see your web site? amazing graphics!!! crystal clear!!! The way the "shops" are worked on, its TOTAL PRO!!!! How i wish i could save me all the trouble!! Maybe in the very near future :) ..when i re-vamp into a "new" image. i could afford a "pixclinic" (something to look forward to)

For now...in regards to the "jungle of invisible links"...my concept for ( Beauty Of Natureâ„¢)BON's approach is a simple-"quiet"-relax and stress-free shopping experience. In short a minimalist approach. None of the heavy consortiums of links and traffics of graphics. BON is a specialized online boutique! Not an ebay (no pun intended) marketplace!

Your "YOU MUST ASK FOR MONEY RIGHT AWAY, not after in a recontact email." is an eye opener indeed!! the php's and pl's are just the tip of the e-commerce iceberg (simply "empty" emails and order confirmations)-unless payment/money exchange is involved, there is no business! W/ all due respect Thank you!
