Look in nopcart.js at the bottom of the AddToCart function:

   if ( DisplayNotice && notice!='')
          alert(notice);


However when you disable the notice, you should have some indication that the item has been placed in the cart, or they will be ordering dozens -- one for each click of the buy button, as they say "this @#$%%#@* thing doesn't work!"

It was placed there for a reason.
