[b]Checkout Problems[/b]

Ok, I have two problems... and I know there is someone here who can help me.

1. I go to checkout and I get two error messages, the first one is when I got to checkout it says error line 84, then after I fill out the billing info, it gives an error on line 82, and this is what that code looks like

Now I have done the formmail, with and without the slash, and that's not it.

2. When I do get the email, there is not information in it other than the billing, no details.
