Find this in your nopcart.js file and change to read false items in red

//Options for Everyone:
MonetarySymbol = '$';
DisplayNotice = true;
DisplayShippingColumn = true;
DisplayShippingRow = true;
DisplayTaxRow = true;
TaxRate = 0.00;
TaxByRegion = true;
TaxPrompt = 'For tax purposes, please select if you are an Arizona resident before continuing';
TaxablePrompt = 'Arizona Residents';
NonTaxablePrompt = 'Other States';
MinimumOrder = 0.00;
MinimumOrderPrompt = 'Your order is below our minimum order, please order more before checking out.';

In your managecart page you will have a command in between your <body> tags. It may look something like :-

<body bgcolour="#CCCCCC"></body>

Change it to :-

<body bgcolor="#FFFFFF"></body>

There may be more detail, but this is an example if you want to change your background to white. Its done through HTML, not the JavaScript.
