nochex payment intergration

I am very new to scripting and have been picking up some great tips on this forum however I am trying to intergrate my website with nochex payment processing. Has anyone managed to successfully accomplish this?

I did see a previous post however for a newbie it was not very clear exactly where I should place the script changes.

Hi

I have just checked your site to see how far you have progressed with integrating your NOP CART. (Your site was under maintenance)

I do know the answer but rather than spend time typing in the solution I need to know what level you are at. The term Newbie is very ambiguous I often refer to myself as a Newbie. I have posted the solution on the forum before and for those who understand how the NOPCART functions it is quite simple.

Basically almost all payment gateways use a mixture of Hidden Fields to generate the information they need to operate. Just omitting one of these fields can cause the transfer to malfunction.

NOCHEX needs the AMOUNT FIELD, the way this is written in the code has to be exact otherwise it will not work. As a NOCHEX user you will know that they also need a hidden email field.

I could go on trying to relay the information to you, but the best way to grasp the answer is better illustrated in email or by telephone. If the explanation on my previous post is not sufficient please email me at mark@havealink.com use subject NOP-NOCHEX

I know how frustrating this can be, I spent about 3 or 4 days working this out.

Had a quick look at your site, yes the process works fine i.e. passing the amount value to NOCHEX is OK.

The problem may be with your pl file you are calling to action.
<form action="cgi-bin/checkout.pl" method="POST" onSubmit="return CheckForm(this)">

There is clearly a problem with this because I did not receive a confirmatory e-mail message.

I use the PHP file which I find much more adaptable, if I had more time I could amend one to fit your criteria. The PHP file did come bundled with your download of NOP, give that a try. If you still have problems let me know and I will do my best to help.
